Method
- Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese for later. Form into a ball and place on plastic wrap. Wrap up, keeping the ball form and place in fridge for 3 hours.
- Once chilled, roll in 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and place some sliced dill pickle on top. Serve with veggies or pita chips!Enjoy!
