Dill Pickle Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickle diced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese for later. Form into a ball and place on plastic wrap. Wrap up, keeping the ball form and place in fridge for 3 hours.
  2. Once chilled, roll in 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and place some sliced dill pickle on top. Serve with veggies or pita chips!
