Add olive oil to a pan, season chicken on both sides and cook until fully done. Once done set aside and slice. In the same pan add the butter, mushrooms and garlic.
Sauté for a few minutes, then stir in flour and mix well. Once mixed, slowly add in the half n half, Parmesan, remaining seasoning and stir. Let simmer until sauce thickens.
While the sauce is thickening, get a pot of boiling water going and add in your ravioli. Cook as instructed on packaging.
While the ravioli is cooking, add the sliced chicken back into the sauce. Place raviolis on plates and top with chicken and sauce.Enjoy!
