Chicken Ranch Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breast, chopped
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 2-3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • favorite toppings

Method
 

  1. Add your diced chicken to a pan and cook on medium heat. Before fully cooked, add in the taco seasoning and grilled chilies and continue to cook.
  2. Once cooked add in the ranch and let simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Folks that’s it! Add to a flour tortilla, top with your favorite toppings, serve with rice and you’re done!
