Method
- Prep the carrots and cucumbers. Use a vegetable peeler to shave carrots into thin ribbons as well as the cucumbers.
- In a large bowl, add the carrot and cucumbers. Add in the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
- Add heat if you want. Drizzle with chili onion crunch for that spicy, it is SO good!
- Enjoy immediately or let it chill for 10 minutes to deepen the flavors.
- Serve and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
