Budget Friendly Pumpkin Pie Iced Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin creamer
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp half & half or heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie syrup
  • Ice
  • Milk or non-dairy alternative
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix the Base
  2. Add your instant coffee, water, and pumpkin creamer to your cup.
  3. Froth it Up
  4. Use a handheld frother to mix everything together until smooth and foamy. Move in a back-and-forth and up-and-down motion to fully combine.
  5. Assemble the Drink
  6. Fill your cup with ice, then pour in your milk or non-dairy option. In a separate small cup, combine pumpkin pie syrup with half & half (or heavy cream) and froth until thick and creamy.
  7. Top and Garnish
  8. Slowly pour the creamy pumpkin mixture on top of your iced coffee for a layered effect. Sprinkle with cinnamon, pop in a straw, and enjoy!
