Mix the Base
Add your instant coffee, water, and pumpkin creamer to your cup.
Froth it Up
Use a handheld frother to mix everything together until smooth and foamy. Move in a back-and-forth and up-and-down motion to fully combine.
Assemble the Drink
Fill your cup with ice, then pour in your milk or non-dairy option. In a separate small cup, combine pumpkin pie syrup with half & half (or heavy cream) and froth until thick and creamy.
Top and Garnish
Slowly pour the creamy pumpkin mixture on top of your iced coffee for a layered effect. Sprinkle with cinnamon, pop in a straw, and enjoy!
