Ingredients

  • 12 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin Cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise can substitute with plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons ground

Equipment

  • egg cooker

Method

  1. Place your eggs in a large pot and fill with cool water covering them by an inch or so. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Boil eggs for 2-3 minutes then turn off heat and cover the pot with a lid.
  2. Let the eggs continue to cook in the hot water for about 7-10 minutes. Drain the eggs and refill the pot with cold water and let the eggs sit in the cool bath for another 2-3 minutes or so.
  3. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. Add the yolks, Boursin Cheese and mayo to a bowl and blend until creamy.
  5. Season with a little salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with the egg-cheese mixture.
  6. Plate and enjoy! If you want some crunch, crush up some crackers to sprinkle on top!
