Blackberry Mint Lemonade Refresher

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 lemon quartered
  • 2 Tbsp sugar I love using coconut sugar for a rich, caramel-y twist!
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Lots of ice
  • Water flat or sparkling—your call!

Method
 

  1. In a large cup, add your blackberries, lemon wedges, mint, and sugar.
  2. Muddle everything together until the juices are released and the flavors are well blended.
  3. Fill the cup with lots of ice.
  4. Top it off with water or sparkling water if you love a fizzy twist.
  5. Pop on the lid, give it a good shake, and punch a hole for your straw.
  6. Sip, smile, and repeat all summer long!
