Biscuits & Gravy Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 4 Tablespoons flour
  • 2.5-3 cups milk I use 2%
  • 2 cans of biscuits cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 8 eggs

Method
 

  1. Start by making your sausage gravy. Cook your sausage until cooked, sprinkle on the flour and mix well. Slowly add in the milk and let simmer until thick.
  2. Preheat oven to 350. Take a 9x13 greased casserole dish and place your biscuit pieces in the dish. Mix together the 8 eggs in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the biscuits. Pour the sausage gravy on top and top with cheese.
  3. Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes or until biscuits are completely done in the middle.
