- 2 C rice, cooked
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 C yellow onion, diced
- 1 C corn, can or frozen and thawed
- 2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 C water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C minced onion
- 2 1/2 C cheddar cheese blend, shredded
Cook your choice of rice. In a pan, add your ground beef and onion. Once fully cooked, drain and add in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, water, corn and seasonings and mix. Let simmer for 10 minutes.2. Add cheese on top and place a lid on top and let melt.3. Enjoy! Easy peasy right?!
