- Start by draining your beans into a colander and rinsing them. Add those to a bowl. Next dice up all of the veggies and add that into the bowl.
- And in the lemon juice, avocado oil, and red wine vinegar, top with salt and pepper and feta cheese and tossed gently.
- Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour to fully marinate and serve. This will be your new obsession!
