To use, prep your fish, we have used a wide variety of fish with the batter; catfish, salmon, trout, tilapia and halibut to name a few.
If making fish bites, cut into small pieces and toss in batter, have some oil in a pan, hot and ready to go. Drop the fish and cook 3 minutes on each side. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
If you want to make tacos, cut your fish into thin strips and cook the same as above!Enjoy!
