Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
I made this on a whim with simple ingredients I already had in the kitchen. It's pretty easy to make hot chocolate without using the packets (no dis to the packets!)
This hot chocolate is RICH and so dangerously good! You can even double the recipe, heck just triple it!
Let's get started!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 C chocolate chips
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp caramel sauce
Instructions
- Start by heating up your milk in a pot. Do not let it boil! Add in the salt and caramel and let it melt. Next add in the chocolate chips, whisk and let the chocolate melt completely.
- Grab your favorite mug, pour in the food stuff and top with some whip cream!
