
This Piña Colada Dip is SO GOOD for summer! It will become your new go-to. It is creamy, sweet, and bursting with coconut and pineapple flavor, it’s everything you love about a piña colada—served in dip form. It’s the ultimate no-bake treat that comes together in under 10 minutes and is always a hit at parties, BBQs, or poolside hangouts.
Ingredients:
- (1) 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- (1) 7 oz container marshmallow creme
- (1) 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Fresh cut fruit of your choice
Directions:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and marshmallow creme, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of coconut!
- Chill at least 2 hours for best results. Serve chilled with your favorite fruits.
