Peach Upside Down Cupcakes

Peach Upside Down Cupcakes

These are the BEST way to use up fresh summer peaches! We ate almost the whole pan the day we made them. So quickm easy, and delicious!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Melted 1/2 brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sliced peaches
  • Vanilla cake batter

Instructions

  1. Melt the brown sugar, butter and vanilla extract.
  2. Divide evenly into a muffin tin.
  3. Add sliced peaches then top the peaches with mixed cake batter.
  4.  Bake 350 for 14-16 minutes and serve

I was able to pack almost a weeks worth of clothin I was able to pack almost a weeks worth of clothing for a 2 1/2 day trip in my carry-on because of these bags! Literally such a space saver, the vacuum sealer also travels with you so that you can vacuum seal for the way home and the bonus is, none of my clothing was wrinkled 🙌🏼
