This is my new favorite way to make deviled eggs… fried! Actually I baked them but they came out so crispy and absolute perfection! These are perfect for your next gathering!

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs hard boiled

  • 2 tablespoons Mayo

  • 2 Tbs pickles, chopped, or use relish
  •
1 tsp dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp dill pickle juice

  • 1 tsp onion salt
  •
sea salt & pepper to taste
  •
1/2 cup flour

  • 2 raw eggs beaten in a mixing bowl
  •
1/2 cup panko

  • oil spray (I like avocado)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl add cooked egg yolks, mayo, pickles, dill, onion salt, salt and pepper to taste. Give it a good mash with a fork or hand mixer, until everything is combined and egg yolks turned into puree.
  2. In one dish add flour. Into another dish add 2 raw eggs and beat. Into a 3rd dish add panko and a little bit of dill and mix to combine. Take one cooked egg white at a time and coat each one in flour, then eggs, then crumbs.
  3. Place breaded egg whites into an air fryer dish lined with parchment paper or oven, spray with oil. Air fry or bake at 400° for 10-12 or until golden color.
  4. Once done, take out and add egg yolk puree and garnish with a dill pickle slice and enjoy!

#ad Last year‘s backyard project was one of my fav #ad Last year‘s backyard project was one of my favorite outdoor projects, but the only thing that was missing was the space around my greenhouse, which was lacking appeal. You all know that I live in the middle of nowhere so getting material to me is quite difficult, but I was able to order everything for this project online through @truevalue. From the weed barrier, to the rubber mulch, wood sealer, and this cute bench, this project took me an afternoon to complete and it looks so much better! If you haven’t yet checked out true value for all of your outdoor needs, they have so much to offer, especially online! #TrueValuePartner
