Crack Chicken Sliders is so simple with basic ingredients you already have! It’s packed with flavor and perfect for any quick dinner night! We love having sliders, especially in the wintertime so we can serve it up with a side of soup!

Here’s a little tip for you! I like to shred my chicken with my hand mixer! It goes by super quick!

Ingredients Method Video

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 cooked chicken breasts
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 T ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 T dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls

Method
 

  1. Shred your chicken and add in the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese and bacon and stir to combine. Cut your rolls in half and spread the mixture on top. Place the top of the buns back on.
  2. In a small pot, add your butter, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low and once melted pour over top of the buns. Cover the buns with tinfoil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
