Such an easy soup that you can make on the stove or in the crockpot! We love making this on a cold night and adding in the shredded hash browns is SO GOOD! I like to mix it up and add on mushrooms every once in a while!

- 1. Grab a big ol’ pot and add in some olive oil, ground beef, onion and mushroom and cook until beef is cooked through. Do not drain!2.Next add in the flour and seasonings and mix well. SLOWLY add in the broth, and mix after each cup until becomes thicker.3. Add in hash browns and give a good stir. Let simmer for 25 minutes.4. Add in half & half and cheese and mix well. Let cook for 5 minutes or until cheese has completely melted.5. Serve hot with some cheesy bread!6. Enjoy!
