If you’re looking for a fun, easy dessert that’s a total crowd-pleaser, this Carrot Cake Dip is your new go-to recipe. It combines the cozy flavors of carrot cake—think warm spices, sweet carrots, and a hint of cream cheese frosting—in a light and fluffy dip form. Whether you’re hosting Easter brunch, a spring baby shower, or just want something sweet for your next movie night, this no-bake dessert is simple, quick, and seriously delicious.

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 C grated carrots
  • 1/2 C crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions:

In a small sauce pan, add the butter, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and carrots and cook until soft. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, remaining brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

Fold in grated carrots, crushed pineapple, and nuts (if using).

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.

#ad Last year‘s backyard project was one of my fav #ad Last year‘s backyard project was one of my favorite outdoor projects, but the only thing that was missing was the space around my greenhouse, which was lacking appeal. You all know that I live in the middle of nowhere so getting material to me is quite difficult, but I was able to order everything for this project online through @truevalue. From the weed barrier, to the rubber mulch, wood sealer, and this cute bench, this project took me an afternoon to complete and it looks so much better! If you haven’t yet checked out true value for all of your outdoor needs, they have so much to offer, especially online! #TrueValuePartner
