It’s creamy, pumpkin-spiced, and so refreshing over ice-perfect for crisp autumn mornings or afternoons when you need a little pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 1–2 Tbsp instant coffee
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin creamer
- 2 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp half & half or heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie syrup
- Ice
- Milk or non-dairy alternative
- Cinnamon, for garnish

Directions
- Mix the Base
Add your instant coffee, water, and pumpkin creamer to your cup. - Froth it Up
Use a handheld frother to mix everything together until smooth and foamy. Move in a back-and-forth and up-and-down motion to fully combine. - Assemble the Drink
Fill your cup with ice, then pour in your milk or non-dairy option. In a separate small cup, combine pumpkin pie syrup with half & half (or heavy cream) and froth until thick and creamy. - Top and Garnish
