Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal
Let's just say, on a cold winter morning, this hot baked oatmeal with some syrup and honey yogurt on top hits the spot! It's heart healthy and the perfect make ahead breakfast for those mornings when you're running just a tad behind for work and need a little pick me up. It's even great to meal prep and put into portion containers and freeze! Enjoy this recipe friends!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
