Sheet Pan Loaded Nachos
My pregnancy cravings sometimes keep me up at night… not sure if this is a good thing or not but when they do I have to act on them!
Bring on the sheet pan nachos. Such an easy dinner night meal that you can literally dress up however you want!

Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- guacamole
- salsa
- sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Take a 9x13 sheet pan and place tortilla chips all over. Evenly spread out the black beans, corn, onion and chicken. Top with cheese.
- Place in oven and bake 10-12 minutes. Take out and top on the middle with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
