This gingerbread latte is to die for! Its delicious for the holiday season! It’s spicy and sweet and goes great with coffee and teas. Add it to your milk and froth for a flavorful milk foam. So many possibilities!

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp molassas
1 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp allspice
Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee
Add all the ingredients to a pot, whisk and let simmer on the stove. Let cool and add to an airtight container.
Add 3 Tbsp of the gingerbread syrup to half and half/ milk or non-dairy and froth.
Add the gingerbread cold foam to the top of your coffee and enjoy!
