At this point you should know my cooking motto- easy peasy! And these crescent breakfast sandwiches are exactly that! You could also substitute bacon for the sausage!

4 eggs, scrambled
8 small sausage patties, cooked
4 slices cheese, halved (I use American)
1 can crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350. Cook your sausage patties and cut in half. Next scramble your eggs.
On a greased sheet pan, place your crescent roll triangles on the pan and add half a slice of cheese to each crescent. Next add a tablespoon or so of scrambled egg. Then top with half piece of sausage and roll up.
Bake at 350 for 14 minutes or until crescent is golden.
