Lazy Lasagna
We are huge lasagna lovers in this house. I don’t mind cooking the lasagna noodles either but sometimes I’m just needing EASY! And I know.. there is the no bake lasagna noodles, but would you hate me if I told you I don’t care for them ... so aye the angel hair pasta!

Ingredients
- 1 box angel hair pasta
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cups mozzarella
- 1 tsp Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- in a large pan cook up your ground beef. Add in the garlic salt and salt & pepper. Next add in the sauce once beef is cooked and let simmer on low.
- Get a large pot of water boiling for the noodles. Once boiling, add the noodles. While noodles are cooking mix together the ricotta, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and Italian seasonings.
- Drain the noodles and let’s build the lazy lasagna!
- Preheat oven to 350. In a 9x13 casserole dish place a little sauce on the bottom. Place 1/4 of the noodles in the dish. Add 1/2 of the cheese mixture, 1/4 of the meat sauce, 1/4 of the mozzarella. Repeat! The last layer of noodles cover in sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes uncovered. Remove from over and serve with a side salad and garlic bread.
