Copycat KFC Mashed Potato Bowl
When I was in grad school I would stop by KFC every once in a while and grab their mashed potato bowl to eat before my class and realized it would be better to make it at home and budget friendly!

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup buttered corn, cooked
- 1 cup chicken gravy
- 2 cups popcorn chicken
- cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions
- Heat up the corn, mashed potatoes and gravy. While that cooks get your chicken cooked. I use my airfryer but the oven is great too!
- For the airfryer I spray my popcorn chicken with olive oil, place in airfryer and and airfry at 375 for 12 minutes.
- Now the fun part! Take a bowl, place mashed potatoes in first, add in corn, top with chicken, shredded cheddar cheese and gravy.
- Enjoy!
