Lazy pancakes are legit a game changer when it comes to an easy morning breakfast! They’re versatile, easy and clean up is a breeze! My go to pancake mix is Krusteaz complete mix, all you do is mix water with the mix and add in your favorite toppings! Krusteaz pancakes come out golden, fluffy and perfect every time!
Today I made a strawberry swirl lazy pancake that is perfect for Valentine’s Day! Or any day!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Krusteaz Complete Pancake Mix
- 1 ⅓ Water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Start with Krusteaz mix in a large bowl and mix with water. Add in the vanilla and give another good mix.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish and now comes the fun part! Place jam on top of the mix and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Take out and serve with butter and syrup.
