Oatmeal Cookie Latte
Bring on the oatmeal cookie latte, y’all! I had this once at a little cafe and could not get enough of it... like have been dreaming about it! I’ve created a homemade version that is SO GOOD!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oat Milk
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- whipped cream
- chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Start by adding the butter, brown sugar and vanilla to a pot and mix well on low heat until melted. Next add in the oat milk and mix well on low heat.
- While the oat milk mixture is heating up add the coffee to your favorite mug. Froth the oat milk mixture and pour into your mug.
- Top with whipped cream and walnuts.

Notes
Want it sweeter? Add in a teaspoon of sugar!
