Pumpkin Spixe syrup is an easy way to take your coffee, tea or latte to the next level for fall! I have been making an easy syrup for years with simple ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C Water
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Purée
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a pot and whisk together. Let simmer (not boil) until becomes thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store in an air tight jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
- To use- spoon a tablespoon or two into drink.
