1. In a medium saucepan over a medium heat, add milk and then whisk through molasses mixture.
2. Mix in molasses, maple syrup, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk until well combined.
3. Prepare the 3/4 cup of coffee and set aside while milk mixture is heating up.
4.Once steam begins to come off the surface of the milk, reduce heat to low and stir through coffee. Heat through until desired drinking temperature.
5.Remove from heat.Pour into coffee mugs and Serve and Enjoy!
*** Add some whipped topping and cinnamon for some extra sweetness!
*** This can also be made in advance and chilled and heated for week long lattes!
