I created a simple version at home, that’s tasty, budget friendly and easy to make in the comfort of your own home.
- 4 1/4 cups milk or none dairy milk can be used
- 1/3 cup dark roast coffee, ground course
- 4 chai tea bags
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Heat your milk in a kettle in a pot over high heat with the coconut oil and honey.

While the milk is heating add your coffee to the french press.

Tear open the chai tea bags and empty the contents into your french press.

When the milk is boiling, take it off the heat and pour it into your french press.

Stir the contents well, then add your lid and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

Press down on your handle (this may take a little jiggling to push it all the way to the bottom).

Pour your latte into mugs and drink up!
