Preheat your oven to 350°. In a small oven safe bowl add your flower tortilla, crack your two eggs at your cottage cheese and your breakfast sausage.
Add the salt, pepper feta, I usually do a tablespoon or so of the feta and then mix well.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until completely done. Take out and let cool and enjoy!
