Acai bowls are a delicious and nutritious way to start your day or enjoy as a snack. Packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, this easy acai bowl recipe will have you feeling energized and ready to take on the day. Let’s dive into how you can make this refreshing treat at home.
To a blender (I like my vitamix that has a temper) add the milk and yogurt to the blender bowl. Add the frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana, and broken up acai.
With the blender on low, use the tamper to push the frozen fruit down, mixing around as much as possible.
Continue to blend on low until smooth, only adding additional liquid when needed. If you don’t have a temper just stop the blender and little at a time and mix up the fruit.
Divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with all your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately.
Place all of your frozen ingredients in the cup. Add in your milk and place in the mixing cup. Add the lid and place in the ninja. For the settings, push full, then set to sorbet and let it mix.
Once mixed, take out and stir, breaking up any pieces. Make a well and add 1 tsp of milk. Place back in the ninja and do a respin on full cup.
Take out and top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
