Pickle Verde, or green pickle, is a unique and flavorful variation of traditional pickles. It combines the crispness of cucumbers with the bold flavors of green chiles, cilantro, lime, and garlic. This pickle is not only delicious on its own but also makes an excellent accompaniment to tacos, sandwiches, and grilled meats.
To make Pickle Verde, you’ll need the following ingredients:
Take the dill pickles out of the jar. Put the pickles, jalapeño, garlic cloves and dill in a blender cup and add some of the pickle juice, a tablespoon at a time.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add in more hot peppers until you reach the desired level of heat, adding more pickle juice as needed to get to the consistency/thickness that you want.
