Ingredients
To make this delightful Pickle Cheese Sauce, you will need:
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shred it yourself!)
2 T cornstarch
1.5 cans evaporated milk (12 oz)
Chopped dill pickles
Splash of dill pickle juice
1 tsp dry dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
First Steps: Mix the cornstarch and milk together.
Crockpot: To a crockpot add the cheese, milk and cornstarch, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice and dried dill.
Mix & Cook: Mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Stir through out.If you are using a pot to cook on the stove, combine the gradients as above and cook on low heat. Do not let simmer.
More Chopped Pickles: Once all combined and melted, top with more chopped pickles.
Serve and Enjoy: Once the sauce is smooth and well combined, remove it from the heat. Serve the Pickle Cheese Sauce warm, drizzled over your favorite dishes or as a dip.

Pickle Cheese Dip
I honestly don’t know why I never made this sooner. Pickles and a cheese sauce just goes together and this would be so perfect for your next taco night or if you’re doing a fun nacho board. I had some soft pretzels on hand and it turned out perfect. This is such an easy cheese sauce to do and if you are not into pickles, you can leave the pickles out and just have a regular cheese sauce!
