Strawberry Jalapeño Salsa
When I tell you the flavor combo is unreal… I mean it! This is a salsa I’ve been making since 2015. I used to make it in huge batches and sell it at a local farmers market and sell out so quickly. The only difference now is I have a chopper instead of dicing all the strawberries by hand!
I’ve said it so many times but this chopper is legit! It makes meal prep a breeze and is dishwasher safe!

Ingredients
- 1 C strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 large red onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeño seeded and diced (or more!)
- juice of a large lime
- 2 tsp blue agave syrup
- 3 tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss lightly to combine.
- Let sit for a few minutes to let the flavors mix.
- Serve with chips and enjoy!
