I hope you’ve got a coffee or tea in hand and are ready for some fun! I’ve created a space for you to not only stay updated on new shop items, but to find weeknight meals cleaning tips and DIYs.
Did you recently get an airfryer? Looking at it like it’s a spaceship? Intimated to use it? SAME! I dove into this machine and the goodness that comes out of it is SO GOOD! I made crab cakes, shrimp and stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and game night and it was amazing and easy!
Let’s get started!
Let’s start with the mushrooms! Cook up your sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan and parsley. While the sausage mixture is cooking, wash the button mushrooms, remove the stems and pat dry. Spray with olive oil. Fill each mushroom with sausage mixture. Place in the airfryer pan, set airfryer to 375 degrees and cook for 12 minutes. ENJOY!
Next, the crab cakes! Grab a bowl and add in all ingredients except for the crab meat. Mix well and the. Fold on the crab meat. Either use a cook scoop or large spoon and mold into small discs. Spray with olive oil and air fry 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Lastly, the shrimp! Peel, devein and wash your shrimp. Pat dry and sprinkle on old bay and spray with olive oil. Airfry 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
