Chamomile is my favorite night time tea! Especially with the cold temps moving in, I drink this not only to knock me out but warm my bones! It’s the perfect latte when you need something warm without the caffeine!

1 cup water
1 cup milk (I use 2%)
2 T loose chamomile or 2 tea bags
1 T honey
cinnamon for garnish
Start by getting your tea made! Steel the chamomile in hot water for 5 minutes, use a strainer for the loose chamomile or discard the teabags and pour into your favorite mug.
In a pot heat your milk and honey together. Do not let it boil! Once it’s formed bubbles, take it off the head and froth it really well! Pour into the mug overtop of the tea.
Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy!
If you like your tea sweet, add some sugar or stevia!
