Beef Kabobs

It’s kabob season and I’m here for it 🙌🏼 I love creating different kabobs with meats and veggies and firing up the grill. This is a very easy recipe and the marinade is perfect! Suggestion! Let your beef marinate for as long as possible! The marinade makes it very tender and juicy!

Let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 zucchini, diced

Marinade

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Dash of hot sauce

Directions

    In a large bowl, add in all of the marinade ingredients and mix well. Add in the steak cubes and coat well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4+ hours.
    Once the steak is marinated get your veggies prepped and soak your skewers in water for 20 minutes.
    Assemble your skewers as you wish and heat the grill to medium heat.
    Grill on each side for 5 minutes or until meat is done to your liking.
    Serve immediately.
