Fiesta Chicken Burritos

The other night as I was organizing the pantry I found a can of nacho cheese sauce from Campbell’s and decided to use it for a new burrito meal.

I rarely have canned goods in the pantry but I am so glad I had this can on hand, it was the perfect easy Friday night dish!

Let’s get started !

Ingredients

  • 1 can nacho cheese sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 4 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, dried cilantro, cumin (each)

Directions

  1. Place your diced chicken and tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add in the spices.
  2. Pour in the cheese sauce and milk and stir well. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve on soft shell tortillas with all the fixins! (I like to cook up a side of rice to go with it!)
