The other night as I was organizing the pantry I found a can of nacho cheese sauce from Campbell’s and decided to use it for a new burrito meal.
I rarely have canned goods in the pantry but I am so glad I had this can on hand, it was the perfect easy Friday night dish!
Let’s get started !
- 1 can nacho cheese sauce
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 4 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder, dried cilantro, cumin (each)
- Place your diced chicken and tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add in the spices.
- Pour in the cheese sauce and milk and stir well. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve on soft shell tortillas with all the fixins! (I like to cook up a side of rice to go with it!)
