Infused Waters

Who else is the worst with drinking water?! I even enjoy water but getting into the habit is what I struggle with. I’m not big on making weight loss goals in the new year or putting pressure on myself, but drinking more water is something I can do better with!

I used a calculator on google to figure out how much I need to drink and take a multi vitamin to make sure I’m not flushing out all the good stuff!

Below I’ve shared a few infused waters that I keep in the fridge when I want to spice up my plain water intake with some citrus and spice!

Infused Water

Strawberry + Cucumber + Mint

Orange + Blueberry + Rosemary

Grapefruit + Rosemary + Cinnamon Stick

Lemon + Cucumber + Mint

You’ll take whichever combo you choose, and add the desired amount of fruits to the pitcher. I recommend for the rosemary you add just a sprig or two and the same with the cinnamon sticks! I like to add a few large sprigs of mint to my water.
