I used to go to a restaurant frequently back in my hometown in Lancaster, Pa and they had some of the best hollandaise sauce. While there for dinner I got a unique side dish that involved the sauce and lump crab meat. I dipped my steak bits into the sauce and y’all… HEAVEN! I started making the sauce at home and adding crab meat to top on my steaks.
It’s a very simple sauce to make and take maybe 7 minutes tops!
