Brew a pot of coffee or use a French press and choose a dark roast that boasts a ton of flavor.
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Heat everything until it’s hot and starts to steam. Make sure you don’t let it reach a boil as you could scorch the milk! Pour the coffee into the pumpkin mixture and then place in your favorite mug.
If you want the latte to be frothy blend it with a frother or put it into a milk froth machine to get additional creaminess. Also- top it with some whip cream if you’re really in the mood to indulge!
